Parts Manager

Mercedes-Benz Winnipeg, consecutive three-time Star Dealer of the year, has a rare opportunity for a special high-performance individual to join its management team in the role of Parts Manager. 

Reporting to the Fixed Operations Manager, the Parts Manager is responsible for leading the parts department and its team. Parts Managers also create a positive environment for our employees, of our brand, they play a very important role in promoting and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

The best candidates will have over 5 years’ experience parts in the automotive industry with a complete understanding of the automobile and its inner workings. If you have had past experience with CDK/ADP, this is an asset and have an openness to new computer programs. Must be organized and able to multitask in a fast-pace environment with deadlines. Additionally, experience in luxury customer service or administration (especially in the automotive industry) would be helpful in the position.

Parts Managers are people who communicate well and are patient, able to assess the customer’s needs and provide solutions and understanding. They are people who are self-motivated, work well independently and as a member of a high-performance team.
